Test & Inspection
Whether you are considering the purchase of a property or are a landlord or agent. A fast and reliable service is provided. In the case of tenanted properties, we will always suggest the most cost effective solutions while ensuring your installation is safe.
Emergency call out
We offer an emergency call out service. Appointments can be booked between 0700-2130 during weekdays and 1000-1800 at weekends. We can often talk you through some problem solving over the phone.
Central Heating Controls
Significant cost savings can be made with modern heating controls. we specialise in fitting both Nest and Hive systems and are Nest Approved Installers. We can also install new haeting controls and repair faults on existing systems.
Networks & Wifi
We have a lot of experience in fixing connectivity issues and can install Cat 5 cabling.
Repairs
Do you have broken lights or sockets? All types of problems can be fixed quickly and economically.

Downlights
Typically an LED downlight will use 8kW in a typical years use (1000 hrs) and a normal lamp 50kW, saving £6 a year.
Integrated LED downlights are better than fitting LED bulbs in old fittings and are available to suit all budgets and warrantied for 2-7 years depending on make.
